28th Jan - Michio Kaku analyzes the Yellowstone threat to North America

Yellowstone is showing growing signs of unrest but an eruption is not imminent. When the super-volcano will unload is anybody’s guess? All we have is warning signs and we will continue to monitor them closely. About the only thing we know is the super-volcano is overdue for an eruption and Yellowstone’s past volcanic eruptions coincided with massive movements of the North American tectonic plate, which is what we’re seeing now with these massive planetary tremors. So it behooves us all not to be fearful but instead to remain vigilant.
